SingXpress Land

SingXpress Land: Submitted highest bid for land parcel at Tampines for exec condo housing development. Its JV with Kay Lim and Amara was the highest bidder at $233.5m, 1.2% higher than the nxt bidder. A 30% owned JV co will be formed to develop the project with Kay Lim being appointed as the main contractor. The project is expected to be completed by 2016.
