Mapletree Ind Trust: To develop a build-to-suit facility for Kulick & Soffa (K&S) for $50m. The proposed site is within an establish industrial estate in the North-East region of Sg. The facility will be a 5-storey high spec light industrial building with GFA of 30.8k sqm expected to be completed in 2H2013. K&S will occupy 69% of net lettable area for a 10 yr lease term with option to renew for 2 additional terms. K&S is an existing tenant in the semi-con and LED business and is listed on the NASDAQ.
