OSIM: CEO has been building up his stake in recent weeks, buying 500,000 shares last wk and brining total stakes to 66.69%. Grp plans to work with TWG to expand into China and South Korea. Recall recently, grp raise $120m last mth by selling unsecured bonds that can be conerted into shares at $2.025 at 2016.
