HPH Trust: Bloomberg estimates 2Q results to be out 12 Aug.
The first distribution will be from the listing date to 30 Jun, and paid on or before 30 Sep. Subsequent distributions are paid on a semi-annual basis.
The distribution policy is to pay 100% of distributable income.
There is no guidance for the size of the first distribution, but forecast DPU for FY11E is US 4.81cts, which offers 5.7% yield, or 6.9% yield on a seasonally annualized basis
