Fraser Centrepoint Trust: RBS maintains Buy with TP $1.78. Note of an Abundant acquisition pipeline from its sponsor, including Changi City Point and Punggol Point. Despite the recent decrease in suburban mall rents, expect FCT's superior portfolio to remain unaffected. FCT remains as house top pick in the retail sector.
