STX OSV: Co has formed a 51% owned JV with Norwegian co Industrial Control Design (49% stake) for the dev of offshore handling systems. ICD is a ship automation sys co and the JV is expected to boost co’s capabilities in a higher-end segment where margins are higher. However, co’s near-term catalysts will still continue to be focused on order flows and outlook.
