SingTel

SingTel: Australia's NBN has indefinitely suspended its network construction tender after construction firms were unable to provide acceptable prices and terms. This may be positive for Optus, which has previously expressed unhappiness with certain BNB legislation, that would have allowed Telstra to continue to hold on to its monopoly status.
SingTel stock at $3.03 is up 6.7% from its recent low of $2.84 in mid-Mar, and continues to stay within the long term trading range of $2.80-3.30.
