Top Global: recently established a 70/15/15/ JV property consultancy company in Spore with two partners, Dennis Yong and Jeffrey Hong (both top honchos previously from HSR), which it hopes to franchise in Indonesia. Called GPS Alliance, the JV provides services such as real estate brokerage (for resales of condos, landed properties), corporate leasing, commercial properties, and investment sales. Next month, it plans to begin brokerage of HDB resale flats and mktg of overseas properties...
Recall Top Global has a 30% stake in the consortium developing a retail/theatre, hotel and residential project on the landmark Capitol site in Spore. Last wk, we highlighted the Mother share at 1.5cts, and W150929 at 1ct as possible option candidates.
