CER Wuxi is owned by Centillion Investment which is to be divested out as announced on the 17 Jan 2011 as well and disposal of Centillion Invt is to proceed. Raises questions if disposal of Centillion Invt may raise more consideration in exchange or will CER Wuxi be cheaply sold along with Centillion Invt. Centillion has been loss making since 08 and is small in mkt cap (below $50m)
