TalkMed

TalkMed: (S$1.07) Oncologist may see positive spillover from SOG's trading debut
The impressive trading debut of peer healthcare specialist Singapore O&G (SOG) today may have a positive spillover effect on TalkMed.

Compared to Singapore O&G which serves the niche women and childen community, TalkMed provides oncology and palliative care services in Singapore.

The key investment theme of TalkMed stems from the ageing group in Singapore with a perceptible rise in cancer victims, as well as Singapore’s growing popularity as a regional healthcare centre.

As a valuation guide, TalkMed currently trades at 18x historical earnings, with an indicative dividend yield of 4.3%, which is relatively less demanding than SOG's 27.4x P/E and 3.2% yield.

There is only one broker that covers the stock, which has a 12-month TP of $1.27.
