MSCI Asia Pacific Index is down 0.5% today, and is heading for its longest losing streak in 12 years. This follows after data which showed that FDI in China slumped to a 4 yr low, and ahead of the Fed's FOMC meeting on Tue-Wed, which could provide some guidance on when the Fed could be raising I/R.
