Company is now working with parties to determine whether an agreed position can be reached. Umiat has 154.5mmboe of 2P reserves (worth US$2.5b), 194mmboe of 3P (worth US$2.8b). Wyoming assets have total proved reserves of 828mbbls and net 3P reserves of 67mmbbls.
