TEE International: Potential step into Guangdong's wastewater treatment industry TEE International signed a non-binding MOU with Guangdong Wanlv Environment Engineering Co Ltd (Wanlv) to focus on the investment, construction, operation and financing of municipal infrastructure and environmental protection projects in Guangdong Province, China. Under the MOU, both companies will set out to explore the viability of three wastewater treatment projects that are owned by Wanlv, two of which are currently operational with a design capacity of 150,000 cubic meters per day, while the third project will involve the building of a Build-Operate-Transfer wastewater treatment project with a design capacity of 80,000 cubic meters per day. Separately, group declared an interim dividend of 0.45¢/share, to be paid out on 28 Mar.
