GSH: Acquired prime land parcel in Kuala Lumpur's "Golden Triangle" from Tropicana Kia Peng Sdn Bhd for a consideration of RM132.4m. The leasehold land parcel has an area of 5,800 sqm and is located at Jalan Kia Peng. The group has proposed a mixed residential/commercial development at the area. GSH had recently been added to the MSCI S'pore Small Cap Index that was effective last week. On its cards, GSH is reviewing the terms of negotiation with the new local government of Longhai City on the eco-city project that had lapsed.
