The MOU covers feasibility studies to identify potential opportunities which may lead to an agreement for viable projects. Loxley is a $S400m market cap company listed on Thailand Stock Exchange, that provides integrated telecommunication and computer services. The company also distributes office automation equipment, construction materials, consumer products and chemical products.
