WE Holdings: Completed its placement of 204.1m shares at issue price of 4.302¢/share, increasing share capital base by 13.4%. New shares will be listed on 4 Oct. Latest newsflow on WE was on 24 Sep, after the group extended the long-stop date for its proposed acquisition of a 20% stake in Myanmar cement producer Dragon Cement from 22 Sep to 21 Nov, to accomodate the laws and regulations in Myanmar. This is the third extension for the $20m transaction, which was originally slated to be completed on 16 Aug.
