LionGold: Signs MOU with mining contractor, CBMI Construction, a subsidiary of China's SOE SINOMA Group. The MOU will pave the way for LionGold to appoint CBMI as the primary contractor for its gold projects and will also allow LionGold to leverage on CBMI’s technical capabilities in its efforts to bring its gold mining projects to production as well as to acquire new gold mining projects. According to mgmt, this important alliance will leverage LionGold’s current operations and corporate development teams, enabling them to fast-track the build-out of its gold business. Counter will resume trading at 1.15pm.
