DeClout: Wholly-owned subsidiary Beaqon Pte Ltd was engaged in a legal proceeding with Activ Technology for an aggregate $485.5k after receiving two dishonoured cheques on work and services provided on 15 Apr 2012. Subsequent findings by the group's lawyers found strong merit in its claim and the group has proceeded to file an application on the litigation.
