AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit

AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit: The industrial REIT announced the development for Phase Three of its 20 Gul Way property. The development cost is estimated at $77.2m, which is lower than OSK DMG’s previous estimate of $90m. The development of the warehouse space will bring an additional 497k sf gfa, and will be designed and constructed by Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd- a wholly-owned subsidiary of CWT, and thereafter be leased to CWT upon completion. The construction is expected to take approximately 17 months. The estimated DPU impact upon completion of Phase Three will be an additional 0.7¢ per year. OSK DMG estimates REIT to pay a distribution yield of 5.3%.
