Olam: has decided to discontinue the pending legal action against Muddy Waters and Carson Block. Says after months of investigation, there are no assets of consequence identified for either party against which claims can be made. After considering feedback from several of its shareholders, Olam will now move on from this issue. Meanwhile, Temasek continues to marginally increase its stake in Olam, and now owns 23% from 22.99%.
