ISDN: Another potential entry into Myanmar? Grp announced that its subsidiary, ISDN Investments has entered into a non-legally binding MOU dated 30 Mar13 with Tun Thwin Mining (TTMCL) to explore joint partnerships in energy opportunities in Myanmar. The current Energy Opportunities of interest to the Group for exploration with TTMCL includes the joint ownership, development and mgt of a coal-fired power plant that TTMCL holds a development permit and which is located in close proximity to a coal mining concession operated by TTMCL, as well as non-fossil power plants such hydropower plants which TTMCL has an interest in.
At this preliminary stage of exploration of co-operation with TTMCL, shareholders are cautioned that there is no assurance that any Energy Opportunities will materialise for the Group or that the Group will pursue any Energy Opportunities with TTMCL. There is also no assurance that any definitive legal documentation will be entered into between the Group and TTMCL in relation to any Energy Opportunities.
