Hyflux

Hyflux: Announced that it has signed 2 MOUS to explore collaborations with the prefectural governments of Chuxiong and Qujing in Yunnan province, to develop water and environmental projects in the two cities. The projects covered under the MOUs include the development of water recycling, wastewater treatment plants and potable water treatment plants as well as related infrastructure projects. The total investment value for the projects in Qujing and Chuxiong is estimated to be approximately RMB 1.2b and less than RMB 2 billion respectively.The MOUs will pave the way for closer cooperation between the prefectural govts and Hyflux for the mutual benefit of the parties. Hyflux shall provide more details in subsequent announcements upon further developments of a material nature.The MOUs are not expected to have a material financial impact on the Co for FY13.
