As at 15 Feb 2013, OZ Group reduced their stake from 8.93% to 8.06%, selling 10.3m shares on the market, with the share price ranging from $1.25-$1.29. The views of EY, STX OSV's independent financial adviser and the Company's Independent Directors, on the Offer will be made available latest by 27 Feb 2013.
