HK Land

HK Land: +0.8% at US$8.01, one of just four STI shares bucking the broad market selloff. Analyst says the gains may be due to peer Swire's (0019.HK) release of its operating measures for 4Q12 after the market close Monday. Swire said its Hong Kong office properties' occupancy was at 97%-100% as of end-December, while rental reversions rose 20%-51% for the year. Orderbook quotes suggest HKL won't retest its US$8.05 intraday high.
