Courts Asia: unveiled the site of its first "big-box" in Indonesia. Located in Bekasi, eastern Jakarta, the store which is about 140k sf and 2-storeys high will be the group's largest store to date once it is operational. The megastore, scheduled to open in 2014, will be located in the biggest development area of Bekasi, Kota Harapan Indah, which has a population of more than 2.4m and that is already home to major big-box retailers like Carrefour and Giant. The project is expected to contribute to the group’s financial results from 2014/15. The stock trades at 11.9x fwd P/E.
