Wilmar: ADM and Wilmar Intl have announced that they will form 3 partnerships based in Rolle, Switzerland. Namely -Purchasing and distribution in the global fertilizer business; -Sale and marketing of vegetable oils and fats in Europe; and -Improving the utilization and management of their oceangoing fleets, with each company initially contributing two ships to the effort. ADM continues to own a 16% equity stake in Wilmar. In separate news, Wilmar was rumoured to have taken a stake in Aus-listed Grain Corp but a spokesman for Wilmar has denied that co has done so.
