Yoma: as per previous guidance, Yoma has received an offer from Chairman Serge Pun’s company with the first right of refusal to buy the land devt rights of a site in Myanmar. The site is located at 372 Bogyoke Aung San Road, Pabedan Township, Central Yangon. It is within the city’s commercial area. The proposed devt will likely be a mixed use devt comprising residential, retail and commercial units, subject to relevant approvals. Yoma has 30days to indicate its affirmative interest, and another 30days to confirm acceptance of the offer. Yoma will explore the feasibility of the project, including appointing professionals and funding options. Yoma, with its focus on property devt in Myanmar, remains one of the best invmt proxies for Myanmar.
