TA Corp: Has acquired Sino Tac Resources for $2.8m from SinoTac Group which is owned by TA Corp's directors and controlling shareholders. Sino Tac Resources specialises in the distribution of motor oils and lubricants and is the exclusive distributor of BP lubricating fluids in Singapore since 2007.
