Key Economic news for today: WHAT TO WATCH: ECB President Mario Draghi may announce a sterilized bond-buying plan at 8:30 p.m. after the rate decision at 7:45 p.m. Amando Tetangco, governor of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, speaks at the Philippine International Banking Convention in Manila, 9 a.m. Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa speaks at the Yomiuri International Economic Society in Tokyo, 11:40 a.m. Malaysia’s central bank will probably keep its overnight policy rate unchanged at 3 percent, where it’s been since May 2011, 6 p.m. ECONOMICS: South Korea’s GDP growth weakened to 2.3% yoy in 2Q, the slowest since the fourth quarter of 2009.
