Hanwell & Intraco

Hanwell & Intraco: Oei Hong Leong is mulling a lawsuit after he stated that Hanwell’s mgmt did not show the same support in securing major shareholder undertakings for a sale of its Intraco shares. This was despite the higher offer made by him.
