GLP: Signs strategic partnership agreement with Haier Grp to develop a state-of-the-art logistics network for distributing household appliances across China. Both co will integrate resources including capital, land sourcing and mgmt expertise to build specialized parks for the home appliance industry. Work will commence on 3 projects in Shanghai, Tianjin and Chengdu with expansion in additional markets to follow after. GLP currently trades at P/B of 1.1x
