Suntec Reit / K-Reit

Suntec Reit / K-Reit: The Holdco of MBFC has been converted to a limited liability partnership. The MBFC Properties are jointly owned by HK Land, K-Reit Asia and Suntec Reit, with each holding a 1/3 stake Unitholders of both Suntec and K-Reit will now enjoy tax transparency contribution from the MBFC Properties, which will translate to higher distributable income.
