Ntegrator

Ntegrator: Huawei signs contract with Ntegrator to manage SingTel’s outsourced copper-based voice and data network infrastructure in Spore. This is inline with Ntegrator’s strategy to build up a steady stream of recurring income through Maintenance and Project Mgt contracts. While Huawei has a 5-yr contract from SingTel, it has signed a 1-yr contract with Ntegrator, with an option to renew for a 2nd yr. Renewal for the 3rd-5th yr will eb subject to further discussions btwn the two parties. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the co’s FY12 financials. The stock trades at 0.8x P/B. In FY11, Ntegrator just about broke even with $0.25m net profit, vs loss of $6.9m in the preceding yr. The co has a mkt cap of $15m. The stock is +6.7% today, on top volume.
