Msia Smelting Corp: To acquire a 40% stake in Africa Smelting Corp for US$400k, which will own and operate a tin smelting facility in Katanga. The est cost of the facility will be US$6.6m of which co's share is est to be US$2.2m. The facility is expected to be completed in Nov 2012.
