Maxi-Cash: registers IPO for Catalist listing. Invitation for 56m new shares at issue price of $0.30/sh, with 2.25m shares by way of public offer and 53.75m placement shares. Maxi-Cash offers financial services in the form of pawnbroking and the retail and trading of pre-owned jewellery and watches. It has pawnshops and retail outlets in 24 locations in Singapore.
