Genting HK: Signs conditional Memo of Agreement to sell 77k ton vessel for US$259.3m to associated co NSL. The net book value of the vessel is approx US$243.5m. Co is est to book a gain of US$15.8m on disposal. NSL is already the charterer of the vessel.
