Ezion: Has secured a four-year charter services contract worth approximately US$86.3m with a national oil major in central America. The services rig is expected to be working by 4Q12and will be used in the Gulf of Mexico. Ezion note that charter contract isn't expected to have a material impact on Co's EPS for FY12
