Darco Water

Darco Water: To sell 60% of wholly-owned Darco Environmental (DNV) for approx Rmb95.8m ($19.1m) to Msia listed co Salcon Berhad. DNV owns and operates a potable water treatment plant well as 84.4% of another treatment plant in Deqing, China.
