Recall that Co. has announced in early Jan that it has been approached by a party in a possible transaction involving the shares of the co, and we do not rule out that today’s trading halt could be related to the same news.
Market talk/rumors is a possible acquisition of the Co. shares btwn the price of $0.42-0.46, with a ‘notable investor’ arranging the sale of the co. We advise investors however to exercise caution, as we are unable to certify the accuracy of the above rumours/market talk, and it is best to wait for the co’s official announcement.
