Coal/Sakari

Coal/Sakari: Wood Mackenzie notes that China’s thermal coal imports may increase to 1b tons by 2030 vs 175m in 2011 as growth spurs demand for power, also add that India’s demand for thermal coal may rise to 400m tons vs 80m over the same period. With Asia at the center of future thermal-coal import requirements, current Pacific Basin suppliers will be first in line to benefit.
