Pteris Global: signs MOU to acquire pte co AeroMobiles from Benny Yeoh (88%) and Alvin Ho (12%). Aeromobiles designs and manufactures aircraft ground support equipment for the aviation industry, and counts SIA, Cathay, Emirates, Qatar and Quantas amongst its customers. The acquisition will complement Pteris Global's suite of airport logistics systems. Significant sh/h Winmark Invmts bought 100k sh from the open mkt Friday, raising its stake from 9.9% to 9.92%.
