Boustead

Boustead: Has sold a strata divided building to be constructed at 61 Ubi Ave 1 for $38m. Sale is due for completion for FY2014. Boustead now trades at fwd P/E of 11.2x with analyst calls of 1 Buy and 1 Hold.
