Hankore (previously Bio-Treat): disposed of a subsidiary, Hubei New Environment Water Co. for RMB 6.2m, to be paid in 3 tranches. Rationale was that the piping network around the water supply plant was in a state of disrepair causing leakages, and is better off disposed.
Net book value of the subsidiary is RMB 5.8m, group will make a RMB 0.7m gain on disposal.
