stock ratings

On the stock ratings front:
*Palm oil plays upgraded by Daiwa - Target prices raised for Golden Agri ($0.83 from $0.72), IndoAgri ($2.77 from $2.31), Kencana ($0.40 from $0.345) & First Resources ($1.58 from $1.32)
*Wilmar downgraded to Hold from Buy with TP cut to $7.04 from $7.25; Goldman Sachs cuts TP to $7.00 from $8.00; Cimb downgrade to Neutral from O/P, cut TP to $6.70 from $7.08
*City Dev downgraded to Neutral from O/W at JPMorgan but TP raised to $14 from $13; Citigroup maintains Sell with TP of $9.80; DB maintains Sell, cut TP to $13.06 from $13.26
*Allgreen kept at Hold by DB with TP of $1.12; Citigroup keeps TP of $1.21
*NOL downgraded to Neutral from O/P by Macquarie, cut TP to $2.25 from $2.50
*Tiger Airways upgraded to Neutral from U/P, raised TP to $1.80 from $1.71
*Jardine Matheson initiated as O/P at Credit Suisse with TP of US$55
*Jardine Strategic initiated as O/P at Credit Suisse with TP of US$33
*ASL Marine downgrade to Neutral from O/P at Cimb, cut TP to $0.98 from $1.03
