Dual-listing: Infocomm technology solutions provider ECS is considering listing TDRs, while semiconductor equipment maker UMS is exploring a regional dual listing that could take the form of listing depository receipts too.
Both companies join the growing pool of companies eyeing a dual-listing, following swiftly behind semiconductor distributor Serial System's proposal to list TDRs on Sunday, and trading debuts of China Taisan in Taiwan and Midas in HK last week.
