Boustead: subsidiary Salcon Water Solutions wins a multi-million dollar contract (exact value not disclosed) to build a water treatment and return condensate plant at the Tuas Power Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, slated for completion in 2012. The plant will include a 1,800 cubic m/day reverse osmosis raw water treatment facility and a 6,000 cubic m/day facility to recover condensate from the utility boiler section...
The contract was awarded by Japanese conglo Marubeni Corp which clinched a US$250m deal to build the Complex.
Boustead is not new to such higher value projects, having worked on other water and wastewater treatment plants at PowerSeraya and Senoko Energy before.
DBSV has a Buy rating with $1.10 target.
