Mgt noted that impact of recent property measures will not be great as mass market is likely to be most heavily impacted, while Wing Tai’s exposure is to high-end and luxury segments. Wing Tai will also turn its focus to Msia, where it plans to launch several high-end projects particularly in the Klang Valley.
