Oxley

Oxley: Making its entry into Myanmar, announcing plans to build a 20-storey commercial and residential development called Min Residence in Yangon. The project will last around three years, and will seat on a 3,185-acre (1,289- hectare) plot of land owned by U Yang Ho. Co will split profits evenly with land owner after deducting from sales proceeds a "land utilising cost" of usd58.9m, and all construction costs and govt taxes and fees, as well as other expenses. Seems like Oxley is ramping up on its overseas projects, admist a slowdown in Singapore’s property market. They already have exposure in Cambodia and now Myanmar, would not be surprised if we see further projects by them in the Asean region.
