LCD Global Investments: RDL Investments intends to make a voluntary conditional cash offer for LCD Global Investments at $0.17/share, conditional to receiving valid acceptances resulting in at least 50% of share capital. RDL Investments, owned by Raymond and David Lum, a Senior Executive Director and Managing Director of LCD GLobal Investments, currently holds 31.1% of share capital. RDL Investments intends to maintain the listing status of LCD Global Investments.
