UIC: Wee Cho Yaw continues to increase his stakes over the market, as well as married deals. Over the last week of Sep, Wee acquired an aggregate 1,238,000 shares at an average $3.049 a piece on two separate occasions. His latest transactions brought his stake up to 48.7%, from 48.6%.
